HRD Antwerp research scientist Mrs.Ellen Barrie presents Lecture on the Screeing and Detection of Lab-Grown Diamonds at International Jewellery Tokoyo(IJT)
On January 21st , HRD Antwerp Research Scientist Mrs. Ellen Barrie presented a lecture on the screening and detection of Lab-grown diamonds at International Jewellery Tokyo (IJT). The lecture was very well attended and covered a.o. the various techniques used to created laboratory-grown diamonds and the differences between them. Additionally the presentation also provided in-depth insight concerning the impact of lab-grown diamonds on the market and how to successfully screen and detect lab-grown diamonds by use of HRD Antwerp’s specialized equipment such as the D-screen and the M-Screen, the world’s fasted automated melee screening device.
